It's done. And its beautiful.
The gold paint was definitely the right choice, as the original bright yellow color of the parts didn't do any justice to Lucifer's superb design. Combined with the extremely glossy white armor, the result is simply magnificent, to the point that this thing doesn't need any topcoat in order to avoid it from losing all that shine.
In Danball Senki, Lucifer is an LBX with extremely high specs, capable of fighting against Ban's Odin and Jin's Zenon at the same time and put them both on the defensive. It is armed with the Heaven's Edge, which is a sword almost as tall as the mech itself and the Nemesis Shield, which seems like a regular shield, although with a very interesting and unique design.
The inclusion of the inner frame gives the model excellent flexibility, allowing you to pull off plenty of poses, which I'm sure the regular LBX kits can only dream of.
Nevertheless, the wings are somewhat disappointing in that area, as they are fixed in such a way that they seem to close around Lucifer due to the mechanism they use to attach to the back. Since the only rotating axis they have is a vertical one, you'll get a rather awkward result if they are not posed forwards. Still, those 10 clear pink feathers sure look great.
That minor gripe aside, this model is incredible and highly recommended for anyone out there who likes to build Gundam kits and wants to try something different for once. Give this fella a chance, I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised and you'll add one pretty classy robot to your shelf.
